A. Right of Withdrawal Information
Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. (Digital products excluded)

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of digital content (e.g. magazines, templates, downloads) that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, if we have started with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we start with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that by your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract.

By placing an order, the customer automatically confirms our rules and conditions, including the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital products.
